OUR FOUNDATION
Statement of Faith
Our beliefs are rooted in the authority of God’s Word. Open each statement to read our complete doctrinal foundation.
The Authority of Scripture
We believe the Holy Bible—both the Old and New Testaments—is the verbally inspired Word of God, inerrant in its original manuscripts, infallible, and the complete, final authority for faith, doctrine, and daily Christian living (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21).
The Nature of God
We believe in one eternal, living, and true God who exists eternally as three distinct Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each Person is fully God, equal in essence, power, and glory, yet executing distinct but harmonious offices in the work of redemption (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).
The Person and Work of Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, truly God and truly man. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, He lived a sinless life, died on the cross as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sins of the world, rose bodily from the grave on the third day, ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Advocate (John 1:1, 14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Hebrews 4:14–16).
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. At the moment of salvation, He regenerates the believer, indwells them permanently, seals them until the day of redemption, and empowers them for godly living, spiritual growth, and active ministry (John 16:8–11; Ephesians 1:13–14; Galatians 5:16–25).
Salvation by Grace Through Faith
We believe all people are created in the image of God but fallen in sin, spiritually dead, and unable to save themselves. Salvation is a free gift received solely by the grace of God through personal faith in Jesus Christ, apart from human merit, works, or religious rituals. Anyone who repents and receives Christ is born again as a new creation and adopted into God’s family (John 3:3, 16; Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10; 2 Corinthians 5:17).
The Body of Christ (The Church)
We believe the Church consists of all true born-again believers in Jesus Christ across every background, denomination, and nation, united as one spiritual body under Christ, the Head. The mission of the Church is to glorify God, make disciples of all nations, build up believers in sound doctrine, and walk in genuine love and fellowship (Ephesians 4:4–6, 11–16; Matthew 28:18–20).
The Christian Life
We believe every believer is called to live a consecrated life dedicated to God’s glory, pursuing holiness, bearing the fruit of the Spirit, and serving others through good works that reflect the transformed heart (Romans 12:1–2; Titus 2:11–14; 1 Peter 1:15–16).
The Return of Christ and Eternity
We believe in the personal, visible, and triumphant return of the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost—the redeemed to eternal life, joy, and fellowship with God, and the unrepentant to eternal separation from His presence (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 20:11–15; Revelation 21:1–4).
